Draft Design Portfolio July 2026
← homeWelcome! First, an attribution note. I generally owned the industrial design of these projects from market research through ideation, early mockups, CAD, CMF, rendering, and packaging design. Our domestic product team led by Reed Crawford gave invaluable guidance and feedback, supplier engineering teams did much of the DFM and EE work, and Trent Haaland did the product photography. The apps I designed on my own, with specification and testing help from Chris Jenkins.
Happy to talk about any of these projects in more detail, thanks for taking a look!

Earlier work — Design Integrity, 2018–2021
Consultancy projects: heavier on research, ideation walls, and physical prototyping. Full process in the 2021 portfolio pdf.
A Subtler Tile for Athletics — Sport Court
A modular outdoor sport-court tile whose pattern is discovered, not announced. Sketch walls, laser-cut prototypes, and a concept-review matrix down to three finalists.
Powered Cart Controls — Cannon Equipment
Safety-first control design for a motorized warehouse cart, tested as physical mockups on real carts.
Pump Consolidation — Warren-Rupp
Two merging pump brands, one shared body: fewer parts, easier maintenance, both identities kept.
Precision Vaporizer — Alleviate Labs
Precision was the whole brief: an exact, adjustable dose you can trust. Lead design by Peter Muller; my hands on sketches, CAD, and renders.
Ant Bait Pipeline — Spectrum Brands
Product-opportunity study intended to create a pipeline of product launches for the next 5 years: shelf audits, jobs-to-be-done, 13 concept areas, 7 user-tested — ending in a subtle baseboard bait, designed to blend in instead of call attention to itself. The design patent came directly from one of my ideas in this project.
